When using this product, it is necessary to consume a large amount of fluid (at least 3 dcL per 10 kg of body weight per day). The beneficial effect of glucomannan is achieved with a daily intake of 4g.

Recommended dosage: One sachet per day (1 × 1); quickly mixed in 2 dcL of cold water or tea and consumed immediately, on an empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast.
