protein, vision maintenance, immune system function, protection of cells from oxidative stress and cell division.
It helps maintain healthy bones, hair, nails and skin and maintains normal testosterone levels in the blood.
Vitamin B6 plays a role in cysteine synthesis, protein and glycogen metabolism, in the formation of red blood cells,
immune system function and hormone regulation. Contributes to the release of energy in metabolism,
nervous system function, homocysteine metabolism, normal psychological functioning and reduction
fatigue and exhaustion.
Vitamin C contributes to the release of energy in metabolism, nervous system function, reducing fatigue and
exhaustion and increases iron absorption.
Recommended dosage: One capsule (3 × 1) three times a day; at breakfast, at lunch and at dinner, with a glass of water or tea.
