RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Protex fiber: One sachet per day (1 × 1); quickly mixed in 2 dcL of cold water or tea and consumed immediately, on an empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast.
Protex capsules: One capsule (3 × 1) three times a day; at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Protex tea: Pour one filter bag with two liters of boiling water and soak for 15 minutes. Drink tea throughout the day, hot or chilled.
