In contact with the liquid, the fibers swell and increase in volume.
WARNING
Sufficient fluid intake is required when using this product. We recommend consuming at least 2 L of Protex
tea or water evenly distributed throughout the day.
Recommended dosage: One sachet per day (1 × 1); quickly mixed in 2 dcL of cold water or tea and consumed immediately, on an empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast.

Fiber of light Indian plantain (Plantago ovata), inulin from chicory (Cichorium intybus), apple fiber, root of burning bertram (Anacyclus pyrethrum), apple pectin.
